Onga ridgegourd carrot curry ku u have used 2tbsp of curry powder....what type of curry powder is this? plz do tell us.

Hello Suvai, thanks for dropping by.

well I used meat curry powder, (vegetarian thaan)
Or you can use a mixture of chillie and coriander powders
with little cumin powder. Or any masala powder.
