You get cow's as well. We use it and we identify it by the 'halal' mark on the packet. But for you guys I think both are not suitable for consumption.

PS: Need to say this is a very good thread and I have managed to copy most of the recipes posted here. Great work Mrs Kugan, Dev and others.
