Muthuraman, hailed as Navarasa Thilakam by his fans, was also the Director's Delight falling in lines with GG in his subtle acting style too!! Director Sreedhar was very fond of Muthuraman and most of his films, like RSManohar to Modern Theatres, included Muthuraman in significant roles next only to GG!! Nenjil Oar AAlayam, Nenjirukkum varai, Kadhalikka neramillai, Policekaran Makal....endless and long lasted relationship!!
In films like Sumaithangi Muthuraman gave prop to the storyline aptly supporting GG...continued in many films till Avalukkendru Oar Manam...afterwards only he was slowly getting establishded as an independant hero..after such a long spell of time with ups and downs, rises and falls...Gentleman like GG and earned the name of a Clean Hero till his end!! I, On behalf of this elite thread dedicated to GG, express my gratitude and heartfelt thanks to Muthuraman for his association with GG and for being part of the success behind GG movies!

I always have the feeling that GG scaled high in this movie that deserves to be preserved for film institute students to teach them the masterpiece acting calibre of GG as for subtle acting is concerned in tandem with emotional eruptions causing tears to roll down our eyes uncontrolled!!

Muthuraman too didnot mind to take in anti-hero roles! As a villainic co-star ...he seems younger to visibly ageing GG!! that is how Muthuraman maintained his physique which GG did not follow well...
