Post the success of Jilla, Ilayathalapathy Vijay is apparently on a signing spree. The actor will begin his project with AR Murugadoss very soon, in which he pairs opposite Samantha. Following that will be a film for PT Selvakumar’s banner and Thameens Films.
We now hear that the actor also has given his nod for Atlee. The director of the super hit Raja Rani apparently narrated a script recently to Vijay and the actor was floored it seems. It must be noted that Atlee worked as the assistant director of Shankar in Nanban that starred Vijay in the lead.
Trusted sources of ours reveal that the collaboration might happen soon after the AR Murugadoss project. Atlee might also retain his technical crew from Raja Rani.
Meanwhile, Atlee is ready with a script and The Next Big Film has the dates of the director. Keep a tab on this space for more updates in this regard.

Whereas Vijay is very much welcomed and loved by family audiences. His movies like Sachein , Nanban , Kadhalukku Mariyadhai etc have always been family oriented . And dealing with brother- sister emotions are often considered as typical vijay movies which still works for him. There’s no doubt that he’s a family entertainer!
9>Love Him or Hate Him but you just can’t ignore him
Be it a Ajith movie or a surya movie that has been newly released , the first and constant comparison would always be only with a Vijay movie. Have we seen anyone comparing Maatran(or)7aam Arivu with Mankatha(or)billa2 ? Noo . . But , Mankatha(or)Billa2 , 7aam Arivu(or)Maatran were always compared with Velayudham(or)Thupakki. They Say If you Wana be the best? Then you gotta take out the best and that’s the reason why every other movie is thrown in comparison with one and only vijay movies. Love him or Hate Him it’s just not possible to ignore him , especially at the Box Office.
10>Vijay is the king of kollywood
Now let’s sum it up. .Ajith and Surya lose the battle when it comes to box office , multitasking , stardom. While ajith fails as a family entertainer , surya fails when it comes to success with new directors. Vijay is undoubtedly the king of box office after Rajinikanth , his feat achieved by Thupakki is still not achieved by any of his competitors (neither Ajith nor Surya). Vijay is barely challenged by any lead actors when it comes to multitasking ( possibly Silambarasan but he is no match to vijay at box office). And most reliable sources of Google , facebook , Hindu too favour Vijay for largest fan base and most searched kollywood.
