For a change, Sivaji, Kamal'nu periya thala ellAm :rotfl:
To diss MC is not to diss NT. The performance was designed to be the way it is. I believe the indictment is on the audience that applauded it here rather thn the artist himself. I suspect that is the reson for the violent denial, too :-)
(Grouch, idhellam defend paaNNave mudiyadhu - I won't blame sivaji here for then what price dasavatharam? Idhuve ipdinna, what price the crowd pleasing perfrmances of today?)

I do play a bit of tabla and bongo, and things go heavy, I find myself looking like am in constipation. Different folks have different expression.
So, it was in tune with the character. Chumma TVla paattu scene mattum paartha puriyathu. That's what I felt. Balaiyah was a supporting character, and there is no need for hims to show too much of emotion, plus he is a cool character in that film. That's in tune with that.
Applauded it then :xQuote:

Not only that, first 10 days of the movie, andha vegetable-to-fruit conversion scene paarth dhaan thoonguvaennu poyi daily evening show-la andha scene varache poyi theatrla box-la paarthuttu vandha maaveeranaakkum
Thank God my dad had his connections in the cinema hall world - or perhaps not.
Its just designed for the people who by default used to go "dhasaiyum nadikkudhu, elumbum nadikkudhu". Andha milieu-la irundhirundha ungalukke piriyum.
