2. Healthy Fat: You'll need some healthy fat to help your body absorb all the goodness of certain fat-soluble nutrients in your meal (such as vitamins A, D and E). Fats also help you to feel fuller for longer. Try topping soups and salads with chopped walnuts and drizzling some olive oil on your whole wheat pasta. Sandwich lovers may want to replace mayonnaise with a few slices of creamy avocado.
3. Lean Protein: Make your meal "mostly veggie" and add some lean protein to give it more lasting power. Skinless chicken, lean meats, fish, tofu, eggs and beans are all excellent sources of protein.
Healthy Lifestyle Tip:
Why is good posture important?
When it comes to posture, your mother did know best. Her frequent reminders to stand up straight and stop slouching were good advice.
Your spine is strong and stable when you practice healthy posture. But, when you slouch, your muscles and ligaments struggle to keep you balanced which can lead to fatigue, back pain and other problems. The key is to practice good posture all the time. Stretching and strengthening exercises will help too.
Good standing posture
When standing, bear these tips in mind:
1) Hold your chest high
2) Keep your shoulders back and relaxed
3) Pull in your abdomen
4) Keep your feet parallel
5) Balance your weight evenly on both feet
6) Try not to tilt your head forward, backward or sideways, and make sure your knees are relaxed
Good posture increases your energy levels. This is partially due to the increased airflow and because when the body is in the natural good posture stance, the muscles will not be quite as stressed, therefore they are less likely to feel fatigued. Paying attention to your posture is the quickest way to benefit your health and appearance.
It would be nice, if who ever reads it , post their views

1) Never sit or stand in one position for more than 30 mins, it slows downs your 'blood circulation' which hammers your muscle growth and blood transport for 'Vital' organs such as 'Heart, Liver, Lungs and kidneys'.
2) Being in the same posture for more than 30 mins 'also' drys up your ligaments , esp. (the knee and ankle) , making the ligaments 'non lubricated' which is why you get a pain in such joints , if you have been staying in the same position for more than 30 mins.
The above two scenarios are 'extremely' applicable to Office desk based workers, as they sit for a very long time infront of PC's. Take 2 mins break away from desk every 30mins.
Always sit at a Right angle (90 degrees) position and sure your VDU (monitor) 's top frame is at eye level.
Another very good information.
At nights, I used to sit for hours in
front of my pc.
Very true I suffer from knee pain :(
