Recently I have tried a tasty dish.. I am posting it here for the viewers.
EGG ADAI:
Ingredients:
Egg-1
Black gram- 1 tbsp
Bengal gram- 1 tbsp
Thinly sliced onion-2
Finely chopped green chilli-1
Chopped coriander- 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Procedure:
Roast the dals and powder them finely.
Beat the egg and add the powders with enough salt.
Again beat it slightly.
Add onion, coriander and green chilli to it.
Mix well.
Heat a tawa and pour the egg mixture evenly and thinly.
Pour a little oil around it.
When the bottom side is cooked, flip it to the other side and cook to golden brown.
