'shradanjali' is the story of a young widow with a kid brother in law, taking revenge on the baddies responsible for her husband's death. Rakhee(aNNi), Arun govil(BIL), Farah(Bils wife) , suresh oberoi(hubby) were the lead actors. This fairly engrossing story was remade in tamil with sripriya, karthik,radha etc. The off screen chemistry between sri and karthik was evident in every scene and made the relationship between a SIL and bil look very incestuous Im not sure if todays pick is SG's original, but its a very hummable song.

I am searching for the Hindi Original for a long-Long time. The song goes like 'saathi tere naam ek din jeevan kar jayenge'.. from 'Ustadi Ustaad Se' A B grade movie with Mithun/Ranjitha and others. I think Raam Laxman was the MD, and Ush Mangeshkar the singer..

Yes, Saathi Tere Naam is quite a catchy number(RL had many hits in a short time,) almost as catchy as the other Mithun blockbuster "Tumse Mil Kar Naa Jaane Kyon Aur Bhi Kuch Yaad Aata Hai " (Pyaar Jhukta Nahin), which, though good, had way too much airtime. Thanks to you, I also got lucky with RR's link. Obscura Loves Company?
