Good morning to all.
Hi K
I made the onion sambal today. It was good. But I made very small quantity. I reduced the chillies to make small quantity, so the dish was not spicy. Felt it would have been better if I had added two more chillies.
Will make it once again, as now I know how it looks and tastes.
Kugan sis, kiribath must be the Malaysian version of ketupat- rice dumplings which are cut into cubes and wrapped with coconut leaves. Best taken with satay :wink:Quote:

Thanks Nm, the success of the Kugan's thread is all because of the support of all our friends from Kugan's kitchen.

Sudhama I am glad you liked the onion sambal.
Today, since a friend wanted to come for lunch and requested for our nasi lemak. (coconut milk rice)
So I made the rice , onion sambal, fried peanuts, cucumber slices and stir fried a vege called kangkong
This is the combo for our nasi lemak.
For tea I made china grass jelly, local kuih kosui, pumpkin bajji,
and mysore bonda. I also had a little of the coffee cake made the previous day.
O.K Sudhama, today I also made your dish.
Posting it soon. Take care, Kugan98
