i am happy that ur parents liked milagu roti.
in urappu adai, i wrote idli - 1 cup i am very sorry, it is idli rice - 1 cup. that is the correction.
rest everything is same. the batter should be like milagu roti batter consistency. try and let me know.

try spinach raitha, if we use thick curd, raitha will be thick and while blanching spinach make sure there is no water in that. then the riaitha will be thick.
