Do you know how to make 'Thai' food?
I had Thai food for lunch it was just :slurp:
They had loads of dishes with Tofu, had no idea what they were though :roll:

Tofu is nothing but panner made from soya bean milk.

PUMPKIN BAJJI
Ingredients:
300 grms not so ripe firm pumpkin
1 tsp red chillie powder
½ tsp salt
The Batter:
1 cup gram flour
¼ cup rice flour
1 tbs all purpose flour
1 tsp red chillie powder
¼ tsp turmeric powder
¼ tsp cooking soda
¼ tsp asafoetida powder
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Method:
Skin the pumpkin and cut them into slices.
The slices should not be thick nor too thin.
Mix the chillie powder and salt.
Keep aside for about 20 minutes.
Add the ingredients for batter in a bowl.
Heat a tbs of oil and pour it into the batter.
Now add water and make it into a thick batter.
Like idli batter.
Heat oil in a wok, when the oil is hot,
Dip few slices of the cut pumpkin and lower into the oil.
Keep the flame to medium high, fry till golden colour.
Remove to a kitchen paper.
Serve hot with coconut chutney.
