A.R.Rahman - Mani Rathnam - Rajeev Menon - GURU

Manirathnam’s latest venture Guru has created galore of expectations due to the line of huge star cast including the former miss world and the latest hot pair of Bollywood Aishwarya Rai – Abhishek and not to mention the music maestro A R Rahman.

News is that the audio of the movie is to be released soon as a Diwali treat for the fans according to G.Srinivasan, producer of the film.

Guru is shot in various locales in India, Chennai being the predominant of all the locations and owing to this, you may well remember our reports, Aishwarya and Abhishek are seen quite a few times having a good time in Chennai’s not-so-crowd-thronging atmosphere.

Only picturisation of a couple of songs are pending for the movie and the song, which marks Aishwarya’s introduction in this movie, is all set to be shot in Mysore next week. The locale for other song is not yet decided by ace Manirathnam. The movie is slated for a December release

RS, are u sure, u liked it?? there was a huge roar in ARR-yahoo fan group with ppl. hating this piece and one guy even went to the extreme of declaring himself a non-ARR fan after listening to this piece :lol: ......even i felt it was a bit comical for a should-be-intense movie like guru......but ARR-Mani combo always gives surprises.....

This is a classic 50's dance music guys...i simply love it....
