Thiru, the director of the upcoming Vishal - Lakshmi Menon starrer Naan Sigappu Manithan, is a confident man ahead of the movie's release in the second week of April. The film will be sent to the censor board on the 28th of March and the director is hoping for a clean U certificate for the film, despite its action-oriented theme.*Like most other young directors, Thiru also nurtures a wish to direct Ilayathalapathy Vijay if he gets an opportunity. He feels that Vijay will be his ideal super hero if he comes up with such a grand script.**We have to see if this ambitious idea takes shape in future.
I hope Vijay will do just a movie, that is not a mass movie. He has proven he can act pull it off in movies like Kannukkul Nilavu(although it was flop his acting was great), Friends (esp climax). A movie without silly intro, no punch dialogues, no item songs, no over the top fights, an unexpected climax.
I hope he will be selfish in his selection of the movie after Chimbudevans project and care more about scoop for acting, rather please the mass fan base.
Its no use do same things, and be in the comfort zone and not try new things. I wish this will become true one day.

Actress Madhubala, who became a big favorite among the masses in the early 90s with the path-breaking Roja and Gentleman is making a comeback to Tamil cinema with Vaayai Moodi Pesavum, directed by Balaji Mohan.
Madhu will be seen in a pivotal role as a writer in this movie, co-starring Nazriya and Dulquer Salman. In a recent interview she was asked about her favorites among the current generation of actors and actresses. She has a special liking towards Trisha, Nayanthara and also IlayathalapathyVijay.
Regarding Vijay she says "I love Vijay. In Bombay, I have watched all Vijay movies except the recent Jilla. I would really enjoy acting with him."
