This is Ridiculous, you can not loose that much weight in 20 days, even If you are on Liquid diet or Atkins non Carbs diet! When you start dieting the first thing you loose is water, followed by the Salt content in your blood, the last thing you loose is fat.
Weighing machines (scales) can not tell you the amount Fat lost, they will only display the amount of weight loss (which includes water, salt, minerals and fat). Only a special machine, which reads the contents of fat through your sweat, can determine the amount of fat you had and the amount you have after dieting! The other way is to do a blood test.
So in Super Star's case what could have happened was, he would have lost quite a lot of water, which would have caused lot of dehydration, which could have let him to
1) Chronic Fatigue
2) Liquid diets without any solid food, triggers diarrhea, which causes more dehydration!
3) Dieting without exercise the dumbest thing in the world, cos when you diet your body becomes weak, and if you do not weight train and start to build muscles, you become even weaker and frail!
