My son is 2 1/2 years old.I used to give him honey mixed along with fruit salads as well as milk.But have not tried with lemon juice.

Hmm,doctorum adhe thaan sollaranga dev.Medicines koduthu irukanga.frm yesterday night,eye redishness parava illa.

Homepathy try pannalamu ninaicha inge suit aagamattenguthu.

Morning avanala eyesa open pannava mudiyala dev,two to three days ennake avana parthu aalugai vanthuduchu.But today morning koncham parava illai.

He is not eating anything dev.Ethai kettalum,no thaan.He is refusing everything even milk too.

Aarthii, try to find out what the allergen is & keep him away from it... Tha should reduce the problem considerably... try dusting his bed,pillows(keep him away when u r doing this)...maybe it' the dust in his bed tht is aggravating the problem...

Food...just give him whatever he asks for...even if it's not very healthy... verai enna panradhu!!!...

Palak babycorn:

Cook the sliced babycorn(abt 1/2 cup) in lil water & salt till done.

Blanch 1 bunch spinach , drain & puree.

heat oil. Add in 1 m.onion,chopped & cook till transparent.
Add a paste made from 4 cloves garlic, 1' gin & green chillies,salt. Saute till flavorful.

Add turmeric pwd, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1/3 tsp garamm masala. mix.

Add puree made fromm 2 med tomatoes. cook till dryish.
Add the palak puree, 1/4 cup low fat milk, the corn.
Let it come to a simmer.
Done.

Serve with chapathis.

do not worry. i am ur side. weekend no diet.

Raagi roti:

Raagi flour
Raddish - 1 cup (add some more veggies, like carrot, cabbage if u want)
Pepper Powder - 1/4 tbsp
Sukku - add little
Salt

Method:

Add water and prepare the dough. Leave it for 10 mins. Now, take a ball size of the dough, dont knead it, rather, press it with in ur palm and fry on the tawa.

Serve hot with tomato chutney. :)
