Have a few friends from those institutions. When the whole world is moving forward, its a shame that we have such regressive institutions. But there was a strike almost an year back and I heard its a lot better now. My friends used to tell me that they always found ways to sneak out and do all sorts of things. IMO, such rules provoke students to do nasty things and there have been many incidents!! What a shame.Quote:
