வைகைப் புயல் ஹீரோவாக நடித்து வெளியாகியுள்ள படம், வியாபார ரீதியில் சுணக்கம் காட்டுவதால் அப்செட்டாகிவிட்டாராம் அவர். ‘விரைவில் மற்றொரு படத்தில் ஹீரோவாகி, அதை ஹிட் படமாகக் கொடுப்பேன்’ என்று புதிய சபதம் செய்துள்ளாராம் புயல்.

Vadivelu's dialogues are more famous across all classes of ppl than any other comedians and even most of the heroes

although Vivek is my personal favorite, Vadivelu definitely rocks except when he tries too much to give what he calls as "comedy".... lowering his dignity too much (in films like Maruthamalai), otherwise censorable scene/words ah vachu comedy panna try panrathu, panna bit -aiye thirumba thirumba panrathu etc.,

ILNA is just an attempt to ride on VV's popularity. The comedy is few and far between. One of the corniest lines imitating Kamal (neenga nallavaraa kettavaraa) and the immediate aah-aah cry by VV, got the most laughs. (This scene was mel_brookish to the core. :roll: )

mostly the audience were silent and sometimes confused whether it was a devotional movie ... (the azhagar kOvil scene in the climax makes me biased to the film :P )

however, the audience in malaysia at least, are ready to lap up vadivElu regardless of funny or not. last friday at colliseum the queue for the ticket was huge. last sunday when i went to State cinema, the 3pm show was full! :shock: managed to watch it at Odeon (thanks to the easy traffic) where the crowd was quite impressive too.

Shabaaa! We have seen umpteen imitations of this scene. Probably Vadivelu was the only one who had'nt made fun of it, till now? You too Brutus!!

i think u r referring to Kamal fans, in general. But I dont have anything against Vivek. In a manner, it is good that he says something about Kamal in all his movies.
But making fun of the same scene in so many movies is :fatigue:
