This is a new "MINNAL -First Tamil Search Engine"
that is built for all the Tamil people and who knows tamil. Thanks for the Minnal Team who worked hard from the past 1 year to get this ALPHA release.

This site will work just like any other search engine. We have provided a english text field where you can type the tamil word using english letter. For example type 'ammaa' where 2 'a' is needed for nedil.
Right now we have covered around 60 sites and this will be increased slowly.
I would like to request you all to forward this to all the tamil people that you know and let them also start using. We are waiting for all of your feed back and the BETA version will be released for the coming "PONGAL"(Jan-2006).
Here are the few info about the search engine.
1.Feedback link provided to give the feedback 2.AddSite - to add - Known tamil site.
3.The minnal will get almost all the tamil website which has different font type.
4.We will add FAQ based on preliminary feedback.
5.The dynamic font will be provided for those who cannot see the current font type. This will get installed on its own.
6.We will invite as many tamil sites as possible to participate.
7.We will be approaching Tamilnadu Government,Srilanka and Singapore Government, tamil association around the word to help us more.
8.We will be having more ad. campaign via media,online forum etc., in future 9.Our ultimate aim is to provide search engine for ALL INDIAN LANGUAGES which are available in the WEB.
