Guys, not many know/understand the most subtlest and sublimest of all our philosophical traditions - in an age torn by grief and strife, we need more such ventures which without sounding 'preachy' will, to some extent awaken the dormant faculties in us

btw, is it "Jealous of Indra" or "JealousY of Indra" ? and which Indra ? the Indra we all know as 'varuna' bhagawan or the Indra/ Ayyar who has contributed to the English version :D :-P ;)

I had listened to the 2'nd and 3'rd pieces a coupla years back.

I think the piece called "The music messiah" had Prasanna playing the electric guitar.

I only hope he should have used live strings..

Track 5 reminds me of the music used for the introductory session of IR's live concert for jaya TV .

Track 1, Track 2 and Track 10 are very similar (with minor variations) to the theme tracks from Guru (Malayalam).
Is this a new album or did they just rename Guru's OST as 'the music messiah'?

I don't have GURU's score, so I can't comment. To me it looks like a fresh album. Guru definitely didn't have (a bit fast) blues kind of score (track #8) or a feel of Jazz (those Jazz piano work in track 5 accompanied by violins).

I don't think this is GURU's score.
