Don't worry.
If he is going through dialysis, it is an emotional process, once he gets used to the routines and diets to watch out for salt, potassium levels , infections, side effects etc...he will quickly come to terms with the treatments emotionally and physically.
it is not easy but அப்படியே புரிஞ்சுண்டு, regularity கொண்டு வந்துடுவார் eventually. ரொம்ப தெரிஞ்சா மாதிரி சொல்லறதா நினைக்காதீங்க, எங்க அம்மா dialysis பண்ணிண்டே, little bit of cooking,doing small stuff here & there, she was able to manage . just a matter of time to get used to the needs & demands.

How to comfort my crying wife when there's a bit of tears in my own eyes listening to that. But onnu mattum theriyuthu, he knows what he's talking about, only weakened by the treatment and medication that's all. This reminded me of the time dad was hospitalised, I couldn't see him that time, and after surgery spoke to him over the phone and he sounded worst than this. But he's back to normal, fit as a fiddle within weeks.
