in villages, they soak it in water for two days ( water to be changed daily ) மாற்றி எடுத்த நீரை உப்பு போட்டு குடிச்சிடலாம். Third day put the rice in a clean cloth and press it to remove water content. Season with mustard seeds, urad dal and mor milagai vatral. நல்லா அழுத்தி அழுத்தி பிசைந்து மோர் மிளகாயை வறுத்து நொறுக்கிப் போடணும். செம்ம டேஸ்டா இருக்கும்.
