Oh my God!! I just can't get enough of "Ghana Shyama" from Kochu Kochu Santhosangal. To me this is one of the best songs of Ilayaraja EVER. The genius has just played with his percussion and carnatic skills.

Did anyone see Vettaiyaadu Velaiyaadu? In that, there is a scene in which Jyotika attempts suicide and KH comes in to rescue her. The camera pans the room and there is a TIS CD shown near her bed, as if she has been hearing it b4 she attempted the suicide. Later when she tells KH about why she tried to commit suicide, she says that she just wanted to try getting into another world. I think the TIS CD was supposed to be a metaphor for being transported to another world. It sure must be a KH idea.

On the other hand, IR critics may say, that it was the TIS CD that drove her to suicide!! :D
