:D nice..
never seen hills have eyes before..might watch it before the end of the year.
He acted as Jesus in Scorsese's "Last temptation of christ". Maybe Lars Von trier wanted a "German" face, and Dafoe is a big Hollywood star. Is this a typical "Horror" film? Because LVT is know to be "art" director, and was part of Dogme95 moment. Not a big fan of the style, but I've found his films interesting to say the least. It'd not surprise me if he tried to do a gory "art" film, and market it as "Horror"!? :D
From its shooting location(Germany), I wonder LVT had derided religious allegories using nihilistic approaches from Nietzsche's book The Antichrist (after which Nietzsche suffered mental breakdown, IIRC).
Forgot to mention.. The Director of Photography for Antichrist is Antony Dod Mantle, DOP of Slumdog Millionaire.
Nothing great, Raiks... :)Quote:

Did you watch the two versions of Exorcist prequel? If so, which one do you like. I bet you hate them because it lacks the horror quotient. I liked the Paul Schrader version, Dominion.
