villain ji thats not right :) Dell XCD has 2 models Dell XCD28 (Rs.7300) & Dell XCD35 ~ (Rs.10500) which is mine. I brought at 10.2
Today Dell has given an Ad for its Smartphones in which XCD35 is priced 11K. This is not the final price but just to show you that always the difference can be max around Rs.1000.
Otherwise, let me break some myths which may or may exist for this phone :)
1) Its a rebranded phone which is originally manufactured by chinese company ZTE, which is not just a crap china mobile company

2) This phone is extremely popular among developers for hacking.Quote:
As of 2011 it is the second-largest Chinese telecoms equipment maker and the world's fifth-largest mobile phone manufacturer.[2]
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ZTE_Blade
Its been sold in various names by various carriers in these 17 countries - Great Britain, Finland, France, Belgium, Germany, Hungary, Sweden, Bulgaria, Switzerland, Portugal, Poland, Spain, Greece, India, Japan, Lithuania, Moldova. Its also sold in USA, named as Orange San FranciscoQuote:
Reviews of the ZTE Blade have been very positive due to the amount of features offered while maintaining a low price. The screen in particular received praise, while the camera/camcorder quality was identified as one of the few downsides to the device. Various websites, mainly MoDaCo and XDA-developers, have created a very large modifications scene around the Blade.
As you know, developers/hackers will primarily choose a phone which has best specs for the best price, which actually is what normal consumers also look for
So all this rebranding et all need not be considered at all, even if its considered, its ZTE!
