It is very much understandable that CSK not representing Tamil or Tamil nadu or chennai . So there is no surprise many prefer Great Sachin over a team for having 'chennai' in its name ..Player like Sachin truely deserves such adoration.
But ,assume Sachin playing for CSK ..I am not sure how many Sachin fans from Mumbai or North india will want CSK to win ..But I am sure definitely not as many as from Chennai wanted Sachin's team to win irrespective of home town or whatsoever .
Here I am not complaining on our guys ..Infact I am proud on this as many of our people have broader perspective. 8-)
I am speaking for myself but even if my own brother is playing for some other state, I will still be supporting Chennai for I am a Chennai-ite and my brother for I am his blood. When was the last time that the people of Chennai came together and celebrated for something.. I think we deserve to celebrate both Chennai and Sachin and thats is the reason to have prayed for the verdict of Sachin MOS and Chennai win. We thought it will be a win-win situation but as Plum as rightly quoted, it ended as lose-lose situation. Even the media isnt celebrating Chennai's success which makes us even more stumbled.Quote:

I would apply the same concept for other fields too.. For me ARR is next to IR in Music.. Kamal is more than these two in cinema.
