thanks Madhu Sree for the welcome. Have you heard of blood group diet? Just google abt it. I am O+ so according to the diet i sud be on low carb which i cant as i love carbs being a vegetarian. if that diet is true then it will be tough for me to reduce. we can do daily attendance whether we did exercise wat do u say? but may be other members will not be happy to do this here.

those drink has very high caffine content having them i went restless and lost my sleep completely. i had head aches also. those were my biggest mistakes i did after i came to US. then stopped it got back my sleep.

I am having it with chinna vengayam. sometime i also did this, i made ragi kuzh afternoon and mixed the cooked rice and fermented both together and had it the next day. my thatha used to have like this every morning. thanks to PS thamby for pointing the nutirents of the fermentation process.

You should try green tea for dieting, not the western style green tea you get from supermarkets, but the green tea from Chinese herbal medical clinics. Kugan and myself came in different flights to two different airports today.
Disaster was waiting in form of shocking news for Kugan.
Kugan's 40 year old first cousin died instantly in an car accident,
while returning from the airport with his wife, after sending off an relative.
his wife is in a very critical position in the hospital.
they have two kids who are 10 and 11 years old. The funeral is tomorrow.
Kugan is very shocked and is in a dilemma.
I do not think that she can come to the forum for few weeks.
I will be leaving on sunday after the wedding on saturday.
I am up to my neck with my work.
