Ingredients:
Chickpeas - 1 cup, soaked overnight and boiled (if using canned chickpeas drain the liquid)
Potato - 2, cut into small squares
Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp
Chaat Masala - 1 tsp
Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves - handful, chopped
Salt as per taste
Oil as required
Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan.
2. Fry the potato squares till golden brown and remove.
3. Mix the chickpeas, potato, chilli powder, chaat masala, lemon juice, cumin powder and salt.
4. Combine all the ingredients thoroughly.
5. Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
6. Serve.
