Trailer is good.. Couldn't predict the exact theme of the film.. Hope it will be different & exciting..
Still booking has not started..No concrete information on the release of the film..
Trailer has all the mass elements..Since it is social message based film screenplay has to be taken care very well, else it will be a let down..Hope ARM delivers the best as he had proved in Ramana..Villain vijay is still a surprise element & have to wait to see him on the big screen..

TRAILER ANALYSIS OF KATHTHI
Well, the expectations for Ilaiyathalapathy Vijay is sky-rocketing and just before two days of the film release, AR Murugadoss has released the trailer of the film. Let's quickly analyze the trailer here...
What really works?
The lynchpin of Kaththi trailer is its cinematography and racy cuts. George C Wlliams has used different color tones for different scenes and it is something to watch out for. Also the cuts in shots like Vijay escaping from a jail, bunch of people invading into a house are pulsating along with Anirudh's background score.
Acting wise, Neil Nitin Mukesh has nailed his role with typical urban villainous look and his dialogue delivery is uber cool. Of course, we can't finish the note without commenting on Ilaiyathalapathy's performance in the 96 secs trailer. Going by the array of shots shown in the trailer, Kaththi has everything which Vijay could do with ease, there is an emotional - revolutionary dialogue "Arici, Parupu, Kaikari, Kothamali, Karuvapla varaikum Kramathila itunthu varanum aana oru Kramathan sethana Mooka mudikuvangala... local channel la irunthu... national channel varaikum epdi varanganu parunga" and Vijay's dialogue deliver in that scene is splendid.
The film is likely to have some comedy sequence at the airport and some feel good romantic portions which are a regular thing in AR Murugadoss' film.
Things which are left to be judged only after watching the film in big screen:
The trailer of Kaththi has also reminds us of some films like Kuruvi, Sura and Thalaivaa, where Vijay has acted as a messiah who saves people in a particular locality but being a director who is known for handling social problems very well one could expect something different from AR Murugadoss and for that we have to wait till the release of the film.
Also AR Murugadoss also known for garnering a film with some interesting elements like 'Anti Corruption Force', 'Short Term Memory Loss', ' Bodhi Dharman', 'Sleeper cells' in his films and we are hearing that 'Gasoline factory' and its ill effects are the main theme for Kaththi but can confirm it only after watching the film.
Bottom Line:
As of now, Kaththi looks like a pucca commercial movie with a message but still Thuppakki remains to be Vijay's best trailer.
