It is actually கேட்கலிர் spelling mistake by me

It means கேட்காதீர் (I think)

ஓம்புதல் means to avoid

You may have heard of

நல்லது செய்தல் ஆற்றீர் ஆயினும்
அல்லது செய்தல் ஓம்புமின்
