6 AM Tea..
Then 3 km walk..
7:15 -- Paavarkaai soup...
8:30 Idly with peerkangaai chutney..
10:45 -- two bread pieces..
12: 30 -- yesterday meen kulambu, with rasam, paavarkaai poriyal
Around 4 PM Tea...
And then 2 km walk
Appuram konjam snacks..
7 PM -may be a soup..
8:30 -- Chappaathi with meen kurumaa :lol2: :poke:
10 PM -- Milk :boo:

I always go for a active walking (will complete 1 km in 8-10 min).. mostly i would take a walk instead of choosing a vehicle... before marriage ethaachum vilayaaditum irupaen.. As long as u r active u r fit.. :P
Past 1 year la somberithanam konjam vanthiduchcu .. now started working on that :boo:
