From the trailer, it looks like the accent will be the difference. And, whether Gouthami can come close to Meena in that role... Scenes seem to be exactly the same as Drishyam.

99% of TN makkal including myself have not seen drishyam .. Will open up with Papanasam .. Definitely looking forward to it.
