யாரையும் கண்டிப்பாக புண் படுத்தும் எண்ணத்துடன் இந்த பதிவை இட வில்லை . ஒரு சின்ன rewinding . இந்த திரி நன்றாக செல்லவேண்டும் என்ற ஒரே ஏக்கத்தில் பிறந்தது தான் இந்த பதிவு . We need to do introspection at every stage of our life to see whether we are marching in the direction set . I have not assumed any advisory role here , this posting is a revelation of what I feel after witnessing the postings of many stalwarts in this thread . இனி இந்த பதிவை பார்க்கலாம்
SWOT analysis of thread 11
Strengths :
1. Great beginning by Gopal Sir - சிவாஜி என்ற மாமனிதர். இன்று முழுவுதும் படித்துக்கொண்டே இருக்கலாம்
2. Murail sir, Vasu sir - இவர்களின் பதிவுகள் - பல கோணத்தில் NT யை பற்றியது - அணு அணுவாக NT பற்றி இனிமேலும் யாராவது பெருமையாக , அலச முடியுமா என்றால் , முடியவே முடியாது என்று தான் சொல்லவேண்டும்
3. ராகவேந்திர சாரின் ஆவணங்கள் - அசைக்கமுடியாத ஒரு நம்பிக்கை - NT யை விட இனி யாரும் இல்லை , பிறக்கபோவதும் இல்லை
4. சின்ன கண்ணன் சார் மிக குறுக்கிய பதிவுகளில் தான் ஒரு பெரிய கண்ணன் என்பதை நிரூபித்தது திரி 11
5. SL பேரை கேட்டாலே அதிருதல்ல - என்று நம்ப வைத்த திரி 11
6. கார்த்திக் சாரின் - எண்ண ஓட்டங்களுக்கு தடையே இல்லை போல இருக்கின்றதே எண்டு வியக்கக வைத்த திரி
7. KC சேகர் சாரின் சமூக சேவையை எல்லோரும் மூக்கில் விரலை வைத்து அண்ணாந்து பார்க்க வைத்த திரி
8. ராகுல்ராம் என்ற இன்றைய வயது இலஞ்சனை கூட NTயினால் கட்டி போட முடியும் என்று பறை சாற்றிய திரி
9. காவேரி கண்ணனின் அற்புத கவிதையில் அருமையாக நனைந்த திரி
10. பல புதிய வரவுகளை தந்த திரி - குறிப்பாக SL , கிருபா சார் ( மற்றும் சில பெயர்களை விட்டிருந்தால் மன்னிக்கவும் )
Weakness :
1. வேகம் பல இடங்களில் தடை பட்டது
2. நல்ல பதிவுகளை எவ்வளவோ நேரத்தை இந்த திரிக்காக செலவழித்து , உடல் நலனை குறைத்துகொண்டு , பாடுபட்டவர்களை ஏனோ, ஒரு மனதாக எல்லோரும் பாராட்ட வில்லை - மற்ற சில பதிவுகளால் , கடினமாக உழைத்த உழைப்பு கண்டுகொள்ள படவில்லை.
3. Emotional black mail , anger , wrong selection of words , against NT himself என்று திரியின் வேகம் கட்டுபடுத்தபட்டது
4. அருமையாக முடிய வேண்டிய திரி ஒரு நல்ல முடிவில்லாமல் முடிந்தது
Opportunity
1. Others took enough opportunities and enjoyed the visible splits
2. எவ்வளவோ நல்ல விஷயங்களை கொண்டுள்ள இந்த திரி உலகத்தின் ரத்தனமாக இருக்கும் என்பதில் ஓர் இம்மிகூட சந்தேகம் இல்லை
Threat
1. If we are not united - it would be a "Treat" for others and a "threat" for us
2. Language protocol and respect to everyone's posting are imminent for success of our threads
3. I repeat - if we kick our pet dog in front of public , critics , they will not hesitate to stone at it -NT's some movies could not be commercially hits -but his acting is always memorable and glorious . We should not too much worry about the movies box offices - all actors have given enough failures in their careers .
Key takeaways / lessons from thread 11 :
1. Don't get anger if you are right - there is no sense ; Don't get anger if you are wrong - it is non sense
2. Let us forget and forgive and go ahead in our mission
3. Everyone in this thread is core fan of NT and they have no bad intentions to belittle NT's fame - selection of words could be wrong
4. Let us promote "Appreciative Culture" and let us not post ours till the sincerity /hardwork of individual is well appreciated and discussed in this thread at length.
