Ok, Goel had a contemporary who went through the same fate as him despite excelling for his Ranji side. He didnt finish above Goel but he was quite high in the list and his name is always taken with Goel in the context of "one of the best bowlers to have not played for India". Name him.

Goel was an easy one. This is difficult question. I know he was a spinner. Idhai sonnadhukku edhavadhu mark thara koodaadha. :D
