I was watching "Sangamam"n Vijay TV yesterday, anchored by singer Mathangi, featuring SPB.
On "Ilaiya Nila", he said its a pure classical guitar based song. The guitar pieces were so intricate that the guitarist couldn't just get it right and Ilaiyaan would just play out the piece and say "avalo dhaane ya...?".

i also saw the programme. It was a wonderful one. Thanks to SPB, and the same programme will continue at next week on which he will speak about more on IR and ARR.
