Well, I think they wear blouses like tat not bcos they want to but bcos the quality of the cloth (esp. cotton) is like tat....silk blouses wudnt be transparent......even the colours seem to fade away fast in case of cotton blouses.....!
Neways, more than transparent blouses, I dont feel right abt teachers wearing low-neck blouses! 'cos most of the time they show their backs to the class wen writing on the board etc....
So it wudnt look appropriate for such an environment, tends to give wrong signals to the boy students too! :x
'wonder y they dont realise tat but otoh, they ban girl students in colleges from wearing even shirts w/ collars (as in Anna Univ.), so itd seem unfair to allow the staff to wear low-necks/hips.....!

what shall i do, i even ordered my grandma strictly that she must not wear blouse with transparent stuffs, but she refused!
