Is it Amarjit Kaypee? Amol Muzumdhar (another unlucky man) last season overtook him to become Ranji's highest run-getter. But I dont know whether Kaypee actually had the bad fortune of his only ODI being rained out.

No, Kaypee and Mazumdar are 90's.

One correction - it wasnt a ODI. It was a warmup game against a visiting side when it was deemed that a good performance in it will get him into the test squad
