My only weakness is coffee and sweets as Dev said.
I fast so many days, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
In between, ammavasai, pournammi, sasti, prodosham and things.
All these days only mid day meal, night 1 fruit, 1 glass low fat milk.
Most of the days there will be visitors to the house.
I have to make dessert as one item.
If its not a fasting day, my diet finish.
These are hurdles to my dieting.
Anyway I am going on. When I see Dev and Madhu writing
Their diet menu for the day, I feel guilty and feel strong
To go along with them.
