Memories of 07-08 resurfacing. We're not only picking up points but also look solid throughout.
Striker is still an area of concern though. With the all obvious Messi-Villa rift hitting new lows,we must try a cheeky bid for the latter this winter.

Ivanovic is still strong and Cashley is doing good this season. Unless Giroud sets his temperament at the right time or if Cazorla creates chances/ setpieces for Podolski to fire, I think it is a very tough fixture. I believe our style of play is already too vulnerable for counter-attacks and we shouldn't especially underestimate FT9 there.
Chelsea start with Hazard,Mata,Oscar behind Torres while we go with the same attack that got us a point at the east lands.
Their 150M£ attack should give our defence their sternest test yet. :shaking:
Ive put money on Terry scoring.
Giroud  Still dont see why Per had to be dropped for this one
Koscielny seems to be getting blame for that Mata goal, for me the goal keeper could have done better too.. I thought he was waiting for Koscielny to clear it..
Probably, no definitely the worst performance I've seen from us in the 1st half. Rooney's introduction changed the game in the 2nd half, Scholes :notworthy:
Kagawa - good, Giggs :( Nani, easily the most annoying player for us today. Based on the 1st half performance we deserved to lose, for the the 2nd half performance we deserved a point at least..
Chris Foy, who refereed vs Scum has been demoted to League 2 for the weekends fixtures.

Was reading all the posts of about 40-odd pages of last season till Euros. This season seems so much better but, looks like we aren't gonna finish anywhere above 4th place as always.
A favour from Gooners here. Need a poster to frame it up in HOC, Chennai. Any pulsating hi-res images with anyone?
Another glorious wknd. :D
chelsea seems to be real threat this season...
Worst ever performance in recent years. Woeful injuries. Horrible week ahead for me. Happens everytime Arsenal performs bad.
And to top that, we are facing Schalke who are back from winning Dortmund at Dortmund.

CL results are shocking.....!
Dunno how the same team which effortlessly outplayed the champions at the etihad manages to turn all shit everytime we play the scums :( I'll take a 2-0 right now :(
ha ha.... what a game
if only MU had not got over confident, would have been a better scoreline ;)

unbelievable!
Spurs lost
Everton lost.
Newcastle lost.
Chelsea lost.
United lost.
Arsenal won.
:happydance:
Chelsea have sacked Roberto Di Matteo, he won them their first champions league last season, the FA Cup also. Chelsea's current position in the league isn't bad either, Roman Abramovich is a crazy man. According to twitter gossip, the likely candidate is Rafa Benitez
at this rate, no decent manager will want to go to chelsea...
Chelsea this season have been decent to watch with Mata, Oscar an Hazard combo, god knows what Benitez will do to them. One thing for sure is that he'll try and get Torres back to his best.
Another sacking now, QPR sack Mark Hughes this time. Harry Redknapp firm favourite according to journos on twitter.
Redknapp would be foolish to join a team that is at the bottom of the table and most surely demoted next season :p
Sir Alex Ferguson
- The greatest football manager the world has ever seen!
http://sphotos-b.ak.fbcdn.net/hphoto...11365202_n.jpg
26 years - 12 Premier League titles, 10 Charity Shields, 5 FA Cups, 4 League Cups, 2 Champions Leagues, 1 Cup Winners' Cup, 1 Super Cup, 1 Intercontinental Cup, 1 World Club Cup.
Thursday was Thanksgiving Day in the United States. Friday was Thanksgiving Day at Old Trafford! A statue of the most successful manager in United’s history was unveiled outside the Old Trafford. “It's a really proud moment for me,” Sir Alex said, before joking: “Normally people die before they have a statue. I'm outliving death!
Sir Alex Ferguson has so far seen off 5 American Presidents, 5 British Prime Ministers, 10 Liverpool Managers 18 Chelsea managers and 19 ManCity Managers.
"....9 Chelsea managers ago, the year was 2004; 9 Utd managers ago, the year was 1925 !"
CAN'T BELIEVE:
1. We have lost three games... so early in the season :(
2. West Brom is at no. 3
3. Chelsea at no. 4, Arsenal at no. 6 & Liverpool @ no. 11 :frightened:
We used to be fun to watch not so long ago :(
Guess we need an Arshavin type signing for winning the 'prize' this time around :)
maybe its time to look for a new manager?
I think we've got it completely wrong this time.
Letting Song go has sot us dearly. We immediately need a classy DM so that Arteta and Santi can be allowed their natural roles.
With Rosicky returning and JW10 getting stronger, I hope the midfield will be good enough to play our beautiful game.
No!
Who do you think can do a good job at Arsenal?
Moyes - No big club experience. Might end up like Rodgers.
Pep - Will ask for a big transfer budget, which isn't likely to happen.
Klopp - Won't move out of what looks like the team of this decade in a few years.
Jose - :rotfl2: United, more likely.
Liverpool, Arsenal, Chelsea.... and now....

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger cut from 25/1 to 7/1 to be the next Premier League boss to go after Bradford loss.

AC Milan vs Barcelona
Real Madrid vs Manchester United
Valencia vs Paris St. Germain
Porto vs Malaga

As interesting as the draw is, it'll be tough for both the PL teams... Ronaldo :sigh2:
I heard the end of the world scheduled for tomorrow has been postponed as God wants to watch the United-Real match. :yessir:
8-0! Benitez  I don't really care about the Falcao saga now, but Ben Arfa :banghead:
4 teams at 30 and 3 more at 25. GD of top three 19. Merry christmas.
Benitez needs no credit for what happened y'day.. Aston villa were horrendous and would have easily conceded more if not for their keeper.. He lost to Coriantas in the club world cup, a game Chelsea should have done well IMH. Let his sides beat one of the big teams convincingly
Okay okay, lot of Chelsea fans have already changed their tune hence my rant
FSWs done alright.Chelsea have been great with the ball all season, its without it they've been struggling and they've certainly improved on it recently.
Still they're not gonna win the league,so   end of season.
