KB production. Ananthu direction. But KB was fresh from his split with Raaja. So could have influenced.
PS: NEPV proves again that Raaja is timeless. Each song is from his vintage shelf.:happydance:

I hope one of the senior stars of the TF industry like Rajni or Kamal or Maniratnam stands up and tell that prick that it is not acceptable.....It is one thing if these idiots (the SJ Surya types) cannot comprehend the genius of IR and make use of him but to malign a person like IR who has contributed so much to the industry and the people of TN should b condemned....What has this guy done in his life apart from catering the cheapest tastes of people...

SYMPHONIES IN SONGS from yesterdays NEPV function
If I have not died immediately after listening to the above, means either I might have done a lot of sins in the previous births or GOD still wants me to see and hear in this birth itself a lot more such tributes and recognitions to IR from allover the world . A tsunami of emotions engulfing me.

C S Ramasami Sir,
Did you wonder at the irony that the fans are shouting and irritating to expressing that they are fans of a man who makes melody?!?
Its very irritating to see people hooting when the orchestra is playing so beautifully. Crazy! This is the reason why India will never have a symphony orchestra of its own!
NEPV songs can he heard from

First opinion: Very average; On first hearing itself, one can say that it is IR's--ironically not from the melodies of his 80's, but from his latest songs that sound all the same.
I didn't expect much from this. But, the NEPV gave some big interest to me, but I'm not sure if this will resonate with the current generation.
The melody king in Raja remains hidden, unfortunately: Has he been lost, permanently?
