Healthy Bhel:
chop fine- 1 onion, 1 tomato(deeseeded) 1/2 cucumber(if naatu cucummber is available, use tht), tender curry leaves & cori. leaves.
Add to it a handful of boiled peanuts(if not avail, use roasted peanuts), lemon juice to taste,KMP or chilly pwd.
Take 2 cups of puffed rice. Add in 1 tsp coconut oil. mix well.
Add in lil KMP or chilly pwd. mix.
Add in the vegs. mix well.
Serve immediately. Else it'll become soggy.
Note: u can use tomato sauce instead of lemon juice.
mint chutney & sweet chutney can be used if available. omit Lemon juice in tht case.
All ingre are to taste. So feel free to adjust qtys to taste.
