Not sure if Thala would have suited..but Surya carried it very well....but the screenplay could have been entertaining...it was little boring....for Thala's very good screen presence...the screenplay should be entertaining and fast...Quote:

It would have been better with Thala for sure but in early 2000s. The film doesnt suit his image these days. Surya is a fine actor but I don't know I didn't like him much in this film. A bit mechanical in his approach in the film.Quote:

Here's the teaser, trailer, audio release dates of 'Yennai Arindhaal'
Fans of Ajith waited for more than 8 months to know the title of the movie and now looking forward to see the teaser and the trailer of the movie. A believable source has confirmed that the teaser will release on November 27th and Audio launch will take place on December 11th. The trailer will be released for Christmas and the movie might hit the screens on January 8th or 15th.
‘Yennai Arindhaal’ is expected to be Gautham Menon’s third movie on the life of a cop and Arun Vijay will be seen as a baddie for the first time in his career. Harris Jayaraj has completed 5 songs and working on the last one. The master copy will reach the audio label in the first week of next month and the intro song for Ajith is said to be filmed in a colorful manner.
