paramashivan, thanks for the details of nuts. whatever u say is 100% correct. the samething was told by our dietician. she also adviced roasted, unsalted peanuts. qty is keep nuts in our hand and close it tightly, whatever stays inside that is the qty. (means 10 to 12 nuts).
like this, 3 days a week. walnut one butterfly a day.
Tamby, thanks for all your valuable tips,
and also for your nice humour.
Thanks. Kugan98
dev,
Sorry to hear about your tailbone injury. Do you have a tire shaped pillow ( with a large hole in the middle) to sit on? That is what doctors recommend here to relieve stress on the tailbone. If you don't get it in medical equipment shops you can have it made. If you want I will bring one when I visit India this summer.
I was there this January to celebrate the golden jubilee of my graduation with B.E. Did not visit CBE as I used to do. This summer we are thinking of visiting CBE.
Take care.
Cheers!
Raj

If you need to take medication based on capsules, open the capsules and consume the powder with water .. capsules 'Only' contain the medicine, they are not medicine them self
Another Idea
Always take medicine with warm water as it helps to disolve the medicine quickly
:)@ PS & TM...
Dev

Thanks a lot Raj uncle...I'm moved by your concern & kindness...:) I read abt the pillow on net but I'm not sure if I'll get it here...moreover the pain has reduced considerably... I have stopped using any extra cushions for the past 2 days... :) So i think I can do without it...Quote:
