wonderful movie Dr Siva's success has been spoiled due to
the glamour portion.

Your view on MANJULA with SHIVAJI are correct. But the responsible person for that blunder is only the director and not Manjula. She already proved what she had, but kuruvi thalaiyil panangaayai vaiththathu director's mistake.
