KUGAN'S KITCHEN PART 3

K, the sandwich filling won't fall off from the bread coz it'll be a tight filling due the use of flour. U can cut it into 4 small triangles so tht kids can handle it easily.... Or yes, u can make it into a sandwich using 2 bread slices... :) U can also add chopped cucumber to the filling...it'll give a nice crunch to the sandwich here & there...

I have posted a carrot sandwich loooong back...it's my fav sandwich... I'll locate the recipe for u if u want...

Another easy,tasty sandwich is capscicum-onion-cheese sandwich... Just saute the veggies for a min... let cool... Add grated cheese & make a sandwich using 2 bread slices & toast in a sandwich maker.... If u want it spicy, can add green chillies too...yum yum...

Pranay is now feeling better.He is ok now.
It is passed to him frm his father only.But now my lil prince is ok.Athoda inag ulla climate vera serthukuchu.,Sarina fog northla,windy too.So it took some time for him to recover frm that.Now hez ok.

Dev ,thanks for ur sandwich recipe.I have tried ur carrot sandwich recipe before which was posted by kuganka along with a snap.As u said it is a very tasty one .Will try out this potato sandwich recipe soon.

kugan nga....kavalai padaatheenga aiyshu will get better soon!! soups neraiya panni kodunga here is a simple veg soup...it tastes good especially when one is sick.

In a small pressure cooker...add 2 cups of water...add a pinch of turmeric....add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste each..black pepper corns about 6...or more to yr taste....or green chillies .add one tomato...one small piece of cinnamon...one krambu...1/4 tsp powdered fennel seeds....now add in all cut vegetables...like carots/potato/green beans/motchai kaai/knol knol/peas....to this add enough salt.....now add karuvepilai & chopped kothamali (konjam tharalama use pannunga)...close the pressure cooker & cook it for up to 3 whistle or two....after cooling down open & serve with idly or thosai...nalla soak panni kodunga....she will love
it. U can also season it with jeeragam/onion fried in very little oil.

Yes true kuganka.Hez not allowing me to sit infront of system at all.Since he was not able to breath properly hez suffering a lot.But now hez better than before.But yet to cure fully.I guess it will take one or two more days for him.

For me,am ok now.

Yes kuganka,giving medicines is really a big thing.Habba day to day am stuggling with him.
