I hope the director can pull out a good movie. Except for his first movie (Which worked mainly because of Vadivelu), others are lackluster at best.
Exactly...that's my only worry with this project. I am all for experiments but that risk should be taken with a good director who has a neat track record. Ameer was worth it... Chimbu project can go either way depending on content and execution. We ll wait and see. Getting a good team is always important and in that regard, Vijay58 is hitting right notes so far.Quote:

ARM is very clear about what he says. He says, Dheena was supposed to have Vijay as the lead, but ended up having Ajith. Clear terms.

The only difference obviously is that Shankar did not say 'Gentleman was supposed to be done by Sharath, but instead fared Arjun' but ARM clearly states that he just did not have Vijay in mind while writing the script, but Vijay was supposed to fare in it, before it went to Ajith.
