Right now the Only consistent director who will appeal to all classes of tamil audience is only one... Am sure .. there is only one!!!!!!!. He caters to all centers A B and C... he is none other than "SHANKAR" .. no one can replace him.. !! his movies have substance as well as Flavor ! Best in this generation . Hope Thala joins with shankar at least once. !!!
though my personal favorite is mani ratinam , he is not in form off late. :(
