No one can decide who is best or not. It is about tastes and opinions. Not everyone belongs to same generation and not everyone doing same type of comedy. The different nature of people relates to different varieties and accordingly certain people becomes favorites. That is it. As someone said it is about favorites and not the best. i rate SVS just below gounds :) .......SVS's comedy is more natural than Vivek's and it flows rather than forced as in case of vivek/vadivs many a times :)
