Generally if u want to catch those rare movies, keep an eye before hand by visiting this site - http://www.nowrunning.com/bengaluru/showtimes.htm
But the best of the best way is to look at Daily thanthi print edition ( e-paper version doesn't have the resolution enuf to read the theater names!)
padam nall irukuthu...peachu ellam vala val kola kolannu illa... dialogues are crisp.... actors suit well to the charecter....Quentin Tarantino, guy ritch or coen brothers padam tamila partha mathiri irrukuthun silar ezhuthi irunthanga.... aana ennaku onnum appadi theriyala....but movie is appreciable and I enjoyed the movie very well.

thanks balaji! I downloaded the app :)
Nice to know Fame Cinemas releases all Tamil movies but still i could not travel that long, some times due to logistics reason. Still its the movie ads which come in dailythanthi which releases updated list of ALL theatres, including normal theatres other than Multiplexes.
Last Saturday or Sunday's TOI supplement carried an article titled "SPB Charan in Dire Straits?"
Seems he had invested heavily on making and promoting AK, and the movie's bad performance in BO badly affected him. The article also stated that Charan is in such a bad financial state that he is planning to sell of his dad's recording studio (Kothandapani studios in Saligramam) to pay off his debtors.
Coming to think of it, the only movie of SPBC which ran well was Chennai-28. All others were major flops - Mazhai, Naanayam, Kungumappoo, AK.
After reading almost the whole story in bits and parts, i saw this films last week. very engaging. great attempt. கொஞ்சம் புரியிராப்ளையும், இன்னும் கொஞ்சம் crispaagavum, ஒரு மசாலா item songum சேர்த்து எடுத்திருந்தா கொஞ்சம் ஓடிய்ருக்கும். Some times over compromise will do much bad.
