திருச்சி தஞ்சை திரைப்பட வரலாற்றிலேயே புது அத்தியாயம் படைத்துவிட்டது விஜய்யின் கத்தி
திரையிடப்பட்ட 28 திரைகளிலும் இன்று மாலை வரை நடைபெற்ற அனைத்து காட்சிகளும் house full. அனைத்து அரங்குகளிலும் மக்கள் வெள்ளம் தாருமாறாக உள்ளது. சமீப கால தீவாளி படங்களில் இந்த தீபாவளி தான் மக்கள் வரவு மிக பிரம்மாண்டமாக உள்ளதாக விநியோகஸ்தர் வட்டாரங்கள் தெரிவிக்கின்றன. அனைவரின் பார்வையும் கத்தி திரையங்குகள் மீதே உள்ளது.
இப்போது நிலவரத்தை பார்க்கும் போது தமிழ் திரைப்பட வரலாற்றில் வசூலில் உச்சத்தை தொடும் என பல வினியோகஸ்தர்கள் கூறுகின்றனர்.

Was scouting for #Kaththi tkts for a night show today. FULL all over the city. The rains going away now, is great news for a PACKED WEEKEND

Vijay - as Jeevanandham is refreshing... he tried his best to differentiate this character from his usual roles.. by blinking his eyes often, put on some weight, loose costumes.. for different dialogue delivery.. in 90% of his dialogues he cried.... he carried all those throughout.. good attempt overall.
ARM & Team - for the flash back scenes, Pipe scene followed by the press meet, Interval block fight scene.
Ani - BGM :thumbsup: whether copied or not, he did the right mix at right places..
Overall watchable :thumsbup:

On Downside - Not even single good song, to some extend liked Selfie pulla, remaining songs are total noise and placed at wrong place... Palam song's placement :banghead: (heard that it's removed in TN)
VIP, Anjaan and now kaththi... no powerful but stylish Villan character..
The climax song was unnecessary... it was too stretch.... eventhough i liked those flash back portions, those interviews from diff. countries are documentary material.
the only irritating part for me was the first half an hour Vijay's performance, don't know you guys really like that or what ? it was there in Jilla too i guess, quite transgender bodylanguage, not funny at all.

மேலும் கயவர்களின் காழ்ப்புணர்ச்சியால் பல சோதனைகளை அனுபவித்த விஜய், முருகதாஸ் மற்றும் கோடிக்கணக்கான விஜய் ரசிகர்கள் அவர்கள் பட்ட வலி இவையெல்லாம் தவிடு பொடியாக்கி இமாலய சாதனையை மக்கள் விஜய்க்கும் அவர் ரசிகர்களுக்கும் கொடுத்திருக்கிறார்கள் சினிமா தியேட்டர் பக்கம் வராதவர்கள் எல்லாம் குடும்பம் குடும்பமாக கத்தியை பார்க்க வருவதால் தான் இந்த மக்கள் வெள்ளம்

Round 3 with cousins at PVR Marketcity, Bangalore 9.30pm show. Housefull. This movie is gona keep the cash counters ringing for a long time. Amazing atmosphere. ..audience is a complete mix of family, kids and youth. Proud feeling ...what a phase for Vijay fans.
