i made ur noodles, with aachi mutton masala, with little bit of soya granules, it was super. in my house, if i use the flavour of mutton or chicken to noodles, pasta and macroni kids will love it. also my son will pack for his friends too.
i normally use aachi chicken or mutton masala for noodels, macroni, pasta, kadalai curry, ofcourse for chicken and mutton curry, instead of garam masala powder for veg kuruma i use a bit of aachi either of these two masalas, cauliflower and potato dry masala.Download: eType1.com/f.php?FJNv0e

i bring aachi masala from india, here we get those masala, but it is slightly different.
also i use for bread stuffing, patties, etc

Glad u liked my method of doing noodles... I saw a recipe on youtube for chicken tikka hakka noodles by chef Harpal singh sokhi... chk it out...I think ur kids will really enjoy it...

thanks for refering chicken tikka hakka noodles, we watched its so interesting, will try after the pooja.

Do try n let me know how it turns out...I can't cook it at home coz of the NV ban...maybe I'll try with some paneer tikka or veg tikka... n yes, I love this chef's channel... such an energetic guy...typical punjabi man...:)

he has some nice salad recipes...esp hos cold pasta salad sounds so yummy...
